Family Pathfinders of Tarrant County, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) organization with the mission of strengthening the community by empowering families to attain self-sufficiency. With the vision of “helping families help themselves,” Family Pathfinders is committed to supporting families as they bridge the gap from poverty to sustained financial stability.

Family Pathfinders of Tarrant County, Inc. is coordinated by an Executive Director and a Board of Directors.
